Chris Sweeney directs Esser’s 'Satisfied'

Best new director MVA nominee Chris Sweeney has been busy finishing off a new video for up and coming artist Esser, inspired by Georges Méliès - Le Mélomane. ‘Satisfied’ features a skeleton cast and is guaranteed to make you lose your head. You can view the video here. Esser - 'Satisfied'

Nez’s success at the UK MVAs

The UK Music Video Awards took place in London last night, and Colonel Blimp are proud to announce that Nez took home the Best Urban Video Award for ‘Hustler’ by Kano. Chris Sweeney directs the Friendly Fires

Chris has been keeping busy by shooting the Friendly Fires inside a giant kaleidoscope construction for their re-released single ‘Paris’. The video is a beautiful combination of visual trickery and smart lighting design, and we think it suits the track down to the (mirrored) ground. Chris has just been nominated for the best new director award in the upcoming MVAs, which take place on the 14th October. 'http://www.ukmva.com'
