Dougal and Colonel Blimp went to Japan in April and met a lot of very talented directors but the stand out for us both was Kosai Sekine who had just won the Raindance Shorts competition. He had also just made a most excellent ident for this years festival and was looking forward to being showcased in Saatchi’s new directors section at the Cannes Festival where he duly cleaned up. Since then Blimp have persuaded him to let us represent him for music videos and now you can see what all the fuss is about.
