Belated Blimp congratulations to Jon Watts of the Waverly collective who won 1st prize in the New York University Film School competition. Well done Adam Smith, Dougal Wilson and Lynn Fox for helping to dominate Creative Review's Annual of the best work of the past 12 months. Adam and Dougal shared Best in Book for their respective videos for the Streets with Dougal also included for Dizzee Rascal and Will Young. Lynn Fox were recognised for their work with Bjork on Oceania. This follows on from a great showing at this years D&AD awards with Adam one of only 3 directors nominated for the prestigious Silver Pencil; while Dougal and Lynn Fox were also included in the book of the years best music videos Alastair's new Mitchells Promo.11/04/2005 - Permalink
