Biography

Lynn Fox are, perhaps surprisingly, three young gentlemen who met whilst studying architecture at UCL. Their talent for creating complex yet strangely organic 3D environments in CG animation quickly led them into the world of music videos, with their debut work “Hayling” for FC Kahuna.

In May 2002, they cleaned up in the Warp Records & Creative Review competition with their piece for Chris Clark’s “Gob Coitus”. Most of 2003 was spent working with Bjork, creating the “Nature Is Ancient” video and her World Tour visuals. These won Silver at D&AD. The Foxes also won Best New Director at the CADs. In 2004 they cemented their position in music videos with another Bjork collaboration, “Oceania” which provided the visual accompaniment to her performance at the Athens’ Olympics opening ceremony and a visceral piece for Maximo Park.

Since then they began creating superb commercials. These include the ‘Spider’ and ‘Lines’ films Audi for BHH, Boots ‘Human Plant’ for Mother, Axe ‘Crashes’ for VOP (Titanium award winner at Cannes).  Most recently they have been in harness for Timberland, Mercedes, Sony Ericsson and Barclays Bank. They have also just  made a superb video for former Beta Band luminaries The Aliens.
